Have you configured Windis to send mail automatically? i.e.What are
the WinDis settings in the "Mail" tab? Especially the "Kick Every"
box?
What does the header of the file produced by Pegasus look like?
What instructions did you follow?
What version of Pegasus are you using?
What version of pconfig.exe did you use?
What were the answers you put in to the mailbox setup in pconfig.exe?

In the meantime, you could just set Pegasus up to send mail directly
to post.demon.co.uk in the "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Sending
(SMTP)"

I thought you might mention that :-) I was going to but, as the OP
doesn't seem to have a problem receiving mail, and Pegasus is quite
happy to send SMTP mail, I thought it wasn't necessary!
