Log files not being recorded with Turnpike 6

I finally got round to installing Turnpike 6 (6.01S) and it is working
fine, except that modem logs are no longer being recorded - even for
other programs that are using normal DUN connectoids with no use of
Turnpike or Connect.

The 'Record a log file' box is still checked.
All suggestions welcomed as to how to get them back again.
