Changing startup options in multi-user XP

If I want to have a multi-user system, but don't want ICQ to startup for
every user, how do I change this? It's not in the start-up group, I
presume it's in the registry (can turn it on or off using msconfig).
However I just want it to auto-start for my user account and no one
else.

If you turn it off with 'msconfig' you should be able to duplicated the
startup command line into a shortcut and pop it in the startup group for
each user. Not elegant, but then I don't use ICQ. Should work though

You need to move the entry (delete) for ICQ from:

HKey_Local_Machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
to (create)
HKey_Current_User\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
Do this when you are logged in as the user you want it to start for.
