Thanks for circular letter of 10th October 2000 with upgrade CD. Tried
loading but no success - what you describe in your letter does not appear on
screen. On installing, system states "..cannot find/recognise path..". What
is or are "..two screen displays.."?
Do not understand what you mean in your first paragraph. Tried phoning demon
on usual customer service lines - held waitng for 5 minutes+ with message
"advisers busy".
Await your advices.
