In my Homepages control panel Quota Usage, the "MB used" is changing
from day to day in its usual manner, but "GB/Month" has been constant
for about a fortnight (it typically changes by several or more each day,
most days).

including seven-day rolling averages.

Since the recent web server outage a few things seem to be broken in the web
control panel. On my commercial site control panel, the "Statistics" page
graph (which shows number of page hits per second through the day) has
stayed obstinately blank ever since then.
