Demon game server admin a bit of a joke?

Just to let you know that your Quake3 servers, which just a few weeks
ago were working well and probably acting as a good advertisement for
demon as a gamer's ISP, are now being taken down on a regular basis by
script kiddies. I don't know how many of your other game servers are
being either hacked, exploited, or flooded, but do you have a player
admin for the q3a servers, as something clearly needs to be done about
this.

I'm considering swapping broadband providers at the mo', and I was
looking at a number of ISPs, including demon. However, seeing the
neglect with which you treat your game servers I think that you are not
really a viable option. Can you convince me otherwise?
