Planned Maintenance - Home ADSL

We will be performing planned maintenance affecting ADSL customers
connecting via our Home service as follows:
Tuesday 18th March between 06:00 and 08:00 BST
During this period we will be reconfiguring our network connections
supporting Home ADSL customers. Customers may note a short interruption
in their connectivity.
Customers should also note that if they disconnect from the
service after this period, they will connect to the new Home
Gateway as noted below when they reconnect.
Wednesday 19th March between 06:00 and 08:00 BST
During this period we will be upgrading our network connection
to those ADSL customers who are connected by the following
Home Gateways:
home500.dslaccess.co.uk
demonhome.dslaccess.co.uk
Following the work, affected customers will connect to a new Home
Gateway. Customer log-in details will not be affected.
Thursday 20th March between 06:00 and 08:00 BST
During this period we will be reconfiguring our network connections
supporting Home ADSL customers. Customers may note a short interruption
in their connectivity.
We apologise for any inconvenience this essential work will cause.
