We will be performing planned maintenance affecting different
groups of ADSL customers on different days as follows:
Monday 6th March between 06:00 and 08:00 GMT
During this period we will be reconfiguring our network connections
supporting ADSL customers. Customers may note a short interruption
in their connectivity.
Tuesday 7th March between 06:00 and 08:00 GMT
During this period we will be upgrading our network connection
to those ADSL customers who are connected by the Home Gateways
known as lon1-aj2b.demonadsl.co.uk and lon1-aj2c.demonadsl.co.uk
Following the work, affected customers will connect to a new Home
Gateway. Customer log-in details will not be affected.
Wednesday 8th March between 06:00 and 08:00 GMT
During this period we will be upgrading our network connection
to those ADSL customers who are connected by the Home Gateways
known as lon1-aj2d.demonadsl.co.uk and lon1-aj3e.demonadsl.co.uk
Following the work, affected customers will connect to a new Home
Gateway. Customer log-in details will not be affected.
Thursday 9th March between 06:00 and 08:00 GMT
During this period we will be reconfiguring our network connections
supporting ADSL customers. Customers may note a short interruption
in their connectivity.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, customers who connect via the listed
Home Gateways will experience a short outage of up to 30 minutes in
their service.
