15TH GRADUATION DAY

25th MAY 2013 - 10.30 AM

INSTRUCTION TO ALL GRADUANDS

1. Register your Name, fill up the Alumni Association form and handover to your

respective Department Registration counter.

2. When the VIPs come in procession, please stand up.

3. Maintain silence during the proceedings.

4. Use of mobile phones/personal cameras are strictly prohibited inside the hall.

5. College Bus will start from Gandhipuram at 8.00 AM & 8.15 AM and from Railway

station at 8.00 AM & 8.15 AM. Shuttle trip will be available from Thudiyalur from

8.30 AM, 9.00 AM & 9.15AM.

6. For Photo Rs. 140/- can be paid at the Registration counter and Photo will be

sent to the students by courier.

7. The students have to pay Rs. 350 (advance Rs. 310 + 40 rent) at the gown

counter. When you return the gown, advance amount will be refunded.

8. Receive the degree certificate from the chief guest when you are called. You are

requested to leave your seat and return after getting the certificate as per the

directions given by the Staff members.

9. When the function comes to a close, stand in your position till the procession

leaves the Auditorium
