The deleted topic revealed my inside perspective on how Union labor is
jerked around when trying to find work, and how union members are
routinely put in harms way.

My final remarks were not recovered by google's cache, and included
the link reference to perhaps one of the most informative insider
discussions of the IBEW available. Prior to closing the forum at
MyLocal3, the site publisher described some of the worst assaults on
the livelihoods of union members.

MikeHolt.com hosts one of the most active forums frequented by skilled
electrical trade contractors, engineers, instructors, and
inspectors.

Unfortunately some of the most critical career related information is
a forum-policy violation when tradesmen have included Union & related
apprenticeship practices. This is one of several topics policed by a
myriad of moderators who proactively delete and bann member
activity.

Since Holt's active site is regularly archived and frequented by a
growing public audience, I believe complaints from lurking Union
organizers could easily have resulted in deletion of the critical
information regarding Union careers and livelihoods.

Further, Mike Holt's training materials and publishing market includes
the Union schools, and his private forum is not bound by public policy
(the free exchange of ideas or free speech). Neither is Holt required
to host member information or testimony which is unfavorable to his
potential clients.

My inside perspective was deleted, regardless of the standard of
fact. This perspective is recovered here, and finally open to public
comment.
