Pioneer Days volunteers

Hello Democrats of Hill County!

This is a call for help. I will not be participating in Pioneer Days
this weekend and I need to make sure you all have the table and box of
supplies for decorating the float and registering voters. Is there
someone who can take my 8 foot table, popup tent, and supplies to
Pioneer Days early Saturday morning for set up? I will be glad to
bring these things to you before Friday if you will let me know.
Please call me at 254-221-0511 or 214-577-8160. Also someone will need
to bring these items back to their home or to Henry Moore's house in
Hillsboro. Call me if you can do either of these things.

Also, if you plan on working the booth, please stop by Patsy
Damschen's office in the courthouse and sign up to be a voter
registrar.
