My apologies for neglecting this. Finally I got rid of the spam!

Everyone who has followed this site: I'm sorry that I got busy and
neglected this site and allowed it to be overrun with spam. I've been
extremely busy with my business and just am wiped out each day. I hope
that those of you who care about good discussion will come back and
post some really good articles for us all to read.

One thing more: We would love to have more people come to our
Saturday morning discussion group. Yes, it's still going, although we
miss some of the regulars who were the catalyst for our video project
and our postcard project. The postcards are still going strong,
whenever we have a gathering.

Some of you are members of our Democratic club, and some are not. If
you want to join, you'll get more regular newsletters and emails about
our group activities. For instance, we just saw a wonderful (although
also terrible) documentary about Afghanistan -- Rethink Afghanistan,
by Robert Grunwald.

At any rate, in order to join now, people have to email and be
approved or invited, and if new members send an email message to the
group, I will be moderating it. I have removed all the spammers and
banned them forever.
