install notifier

Hi Guys
I'm new to this platform and iinstalled the DemocracyOs but i have problem i dont know how to install the notifier for being able to send confirmation email to users.
I didnt find any doc for it's installation , need help on that

`notifer` comes embedded to DemocracyOS by default, you may also run it as a separate server by following instructions on the repo https://github.com/democracyos/notifier

Configuration is pretty much the same for both
