Please what is the status of blockchain development and user validation for democracyos?

We don't have any ongoing development for blockchain integration.

User validation depends on the auth mechanism you're using. For email-based accounts, standard email address ownership validation is provided; for SSO solutions (Facebook, Google, etc.) validation is provided with a standard SSO approach.
