Adding a new locale and LTR language support

Hello all,

this is my first post here :)

wondering how I can add a new language and if there are any documentations for that. For now I'll try to add a translation file.

I'd like to add Arabic. Since it's a right-to-left language, I am expecting it will also affect styles not just fonts. I'm not sure if this is something that was done already or if we have support for in this project. Your feedback is much appreciated.
