How do I launch Democracy? Please help me :-)

firs of all thanks for this great tool!
My name is Maria Claudia and sorry if my english is not so good.
I’m looking to implement a platform in my city (North Italy) about active citizenship.
I would like to use DemocracyOS that is amazing but I have a lot :- ) of questions/notes:

- today I installed DemocracyOS on my laptop and it works!

- which is the main reason why I should install on server and not use your existing one (https://app.democracyos.org)?

- If I’m ok with your product and I don’t want to change anything, is it difficult to deploy and launch the application? What do I need? Web Hosting and domain?

- Can I use a redirect with a custom domain?

- I would like that every user/citizen potentially can create proposals, is it possible?

- Is it necessary to set some limit on the number of proposal people can vote?

… In general can you help me a little bit on this process?
