[DN-Austin] Expanded Convention Coverage

ChannelAustin has allowed us to broadcast DemocracyNow!'s expanded
coverage during the Republican and Democratic conventions. Starting
tomorrow, Tuesday, August 28, DN will air a 2 hour program from 7 am
to 9 am on channel 16. The 2 hour special will repeat at 6 pm every
day except Monday and Tuesday (due to previously scheduled programs on
those two days.) On Monday and Tuesday evenings at 6 pm, Austin will
be able to see the usual hour of DemocracyNow! on channel 16.
