Introductions

[EmiratesMac]

Hello, I met Tariq at Digital Marketing 2008 today, that's how I found
this place.

I started the EmiratesMac Apple User Group and our web site www.emiratesmac.com,
the best place to visit for any Apple-related issues in UAE and Middle
East. We publish a monthly newsletter called Shuffle in 9000 copies
which is sent to different countries around the region. It's
completely written and designed by users and it's free.

I missed this past democamp but I look forward to attending the next
one and perhaps even doing a demo myself ;-)

We should actually have some sort of a monthly meet up. Geeks in Dubai or something. Not necessarily programming, business, hardware specific. Just a bunch of techies having a drink and discussing geek stuff.
We need a name for it maybe. DuGeek?
