I can't get this set up

I'm following the instructions to try to set this up.  Whenever I go to demobo.com/slides I don't get a place to enter the code from my phone.  Instead I get this:

Any help would be appreciated.

I've removed all of the extensions and I'm still getting this screen.  The Javascript Console is throwing the error below

I tried it in guest mode and still the same thing.  Does it work outside of Chrome?  I can try it in Firefox or safari.

I have a similar problem. I get a window to enter some code, but the de Mobo app doesn't give me any code anywhere.

Hi Phil,

We just noticed that due to a glitch with the Apple, our app was taken off of the iOS app store. We have it fixed now.

Please search and download "De Mobo Slides" instead of "De Mobo" on the app store.

You should be able to find a connection code.
