This bug is on the GUI. I don't know if it's on the CLI too.

When I add (for example) 5 torrent files via:

File -> Add Torrent

And if I try to set a custom "Download Folder" for these torrents, <- (I
don't know if this step is necessary)

Then, when torrents were added to Deluge, if I right click on one of them,
I have a 4 out of 5 chances that the "Force Re-Check" option won't work
(and Deluge try to re-download the whole torrent).

Please, if in specifications a user won't be able to add multiple torrent
files at the same time, throw an error to the user interface.
If a user will be able multiple torrent files at the same time, you might
have a bug.
