The package is installed from the Debian repositories.
Steps to reproduce:
* Launch Deluge from terminal.
* Set up one directory for the "Download to" parameter.
* Tick "Move completed to" option and set another directory.
* Add a torrent (eg https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/bt-
cd/debian-10.7.0-amd64-netinst.iso.torrent).
* Wait until completion.
Expected behavior: completed file is moved to final directory.
Actual behavior: file stays in initial directory and some errors appears
in terminal.
