[Deluge] #3372: Deluge crashes (removing gtk3ui_state helps)

Deluge starts to crash sometimes.
It stops crash on removing `$HOME/.config/deluge/gtk3ui_state` directory.
Will update on some info.

Same here,
running on ubuntu 19.10, icons on the top bar disappear and then crashes,
it's the gtk part
but it's a long time it does that.
the daemon runs fine but the window always in crash.
From when cas is missing, for life reasons, deluge is a bit abandoned, but
still a good program.
I'ts a bit i dont see a realese, hope someone will take over.

Really seems to fix this bug. never crashed in these days.
stops crash on removing $HOME/.config/deluge/gtk3ui_state directory.
