Bump that. Not sure if this has been fixed and then re-introduced or just
wasn't addressed, but right now share ratio doesn't work for me.

Deluge: 2.0.4.dev38+g23a48dd01-2
OS: 5.9.10-arch1-1

I have Preferences->Queue-> Share ration: 3 (Checked), Radiobutton: Pause
torrent.
