Hello DeLUG members,
We are excited to announce the speaker for our LAST MEETING of the semester THIS FRIDAY APRIL 27 at 10am. Graduating senior Charles Lu will be speaking to us about his use of LSTM RNN, Faster RCNN, and Dense U-net architectures for times series, object detection, and segmentation work on geographic, spatial, and temporal data. Charles is preparing to receive his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has spent his undergrad conducting research with NASA DEVELOP, the MIT Political Science group, and Dr. Shannon Quinn's Computational Biology Lab. We are looking forward to his presentation and hope to see you there!
Come help us bring a close to a great second semester of DeLUG this Friday April 27 at 10am.
Best wishes,
DeLUG Committee
