Robert Calander will be ta. king a paid SAF paid postion in Pennsylvania. Al Kirby is taking over DAT Chair postion.

mark your Calander:
March 6 2014 6:00 pm all hands meeting.
April 30, 2014 6:00 pm DAT Refresher all come.
May 10 2014, 9:00 am DAT drill.

A regional DAT handbook is almost complete. This manual will be available by March 6.

DAT leadership. training class is being developed.

There are 10 chapters that cover 15 counties. Our region is called Carolina Piedmont Region.

Fill out 901 for everything. when you are deployed, insure you fill out a 901 on the incident. Not all incidents will require a CAC activation, however we will need to fill out a 901.

There are new standards coming out to help strengthen our chapter response. A strong and well trained team will enhance our mission and response. You are the. backbone of our chapter.

Central dispatch person on each team. This is an option and if anyone would enjoy performing this the expect ions are:

Call lead -  start heading out to          chapter.
Call responders find responders  that can go.
       Call Public Relations.

The concept is that this system will make our response faster and keep our volunteers safe. If. a team is not heard from in a reasonable amount of time a phone call will be made to insure they are okay.

We need DAT workshop trainers.

Leads : mentor our responders

Thank you each for responding , we need to keep hearing early for pur next rotation. Each of you ate important to the core mission of Red Cross.
