[Past-due] AWS java sdk end of support

Hi Delta team,

AWS has announced end-of-suppport for aws java sdk v1 a while ago.The java sdk support has ended on 31st December 2025. But I don't see any discussion in the group The trunk still has the old sdk version. Is  this Issue actively actively pursued?

Somebody has already sent a PR to fix it... Can somebody start looking at it?
