Henri,

the last month i was busy with other stuff, But yesterday started
again to 'play' a bit with DoR.

Your demo server is running using the fixed port 81, which you set in
the initialization of the Webserver unit.
Does it make sence to load this Info (and maybe other) from a
config.file?

Yes, you are free to store this kind of information where you want.
The demo server already store database informations in a json file.
You could use it to store this information too.

BTW, You will notice that I have simplified the way to create a server.
You no longer need to inherit the class TSocketServer.
This change is being shown in the demo server.

Henri,

oh i see. Webserver unit is not part of the core DoR units.
My mistake.Thats my failure.

But from pruduct side, seen from my view, it would be cool, to have
this (and some other and this moment fixed parameters ) configurable
inside the core files.
If you like i can give some input.

Uwe
