Encoding query string

Dear All,

 

I now moving my DOR to work with other languages such as Chinees, Spanish and Arabic but I think I found a bug with the Query string not Decoding %##,%## etc values properly. If I pass a query string with %unicodedata=%E4%BA%95%E6%88%B8%E7%AB%AF%E4%BC%9A%E8%AD%B0 I do not get 井戸端会議 as expect in Delphi with params.S['unicodedata']. I downloaded the most current version on 04/02/2013. Please advise.
