DCEF3 Development status

Hi,

Actually I have wrapped all CEF objects and I am able to run the CEFClient demo.

Now I have to update the vcl control (TChromium) with all events handlers.

Current version of CEF3 do not have offscreen rendering, so I can't create Firemonkey compatible component.

I dont know if its possible for you to remove this issue of the Framework:

Because with this issue custom proxy handling is still not working. But i know that Proxyusage is not an important thing and i understand if that is not important for you.
