With a TChromium component embedded in a Delphi application mousedown and mouse events get handled the wrong way around

Hi,

I posted a bug report today as well as a test project to reproduce the
issue and a solution/fix. Unfortunately I seem to have done this in
the incorrect place, because it was for the chromiomembedded project
and tehy rejected my post because it was not Delphi related.

Here I can not file any attachments so I hope someone can tell me what
the best way is to do so.
