• What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in as admin
2. Go to admin->Register users page
3. Change your mind, try to cancel

• What is the expected output?
Should see cancel button to clearly abandon task. Must just use back button
and hope it is canceled.

Should have cancel that goes back to main admin page.

• What do you see instead?
Just a Register button
