The Business Systems Analyst provides PeopleSoft functional support for Payroll and Time & Labor v8.9.  This is a truly functional role requiring excellent written and communication skills and not a techno/functional position.

Responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between the Payroll & IT teams; interact with non-technical, functional users to develop business requirements for system enhancements, create and execute test plans, and manage user-acceptance testing. 
Create job aids and training materials for nontechnical business users
Lead functional implementation of Tax Updates.
Set up configuration of Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
Develop queries for end users.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or technology related field
Minimum 5 years experience in a functional role supporting Payroll with in depth knowledge of end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and take leadership role in working with various stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into functional specifications through hands-on analysis.
Advanced PeopleSoft query writing skills.
