Is it possible to use CFBuilder from Borland Delphi 2006 to write
applications for Android

Hi,

Not yet... The compiler only support Delphi for now.
The top priority focus is to:

1) Complete the compiler to support the full Pascal language.
2) Android API integration/libs.
3) Samples
4) Documentation

So base upon the items above we already got too much work :-)
