Tryforgetting all the wireless networks on one of the Android devices and then turning the wireless off then on, then connect to the network in question. What kind of security are you using? Certificates? SSL?
We have certificates installed on our DC due to us using NPS Radius. but we moved over to captive portal which we have our Active Directory being authenticated to allow access. The nooks that we were trying to connect are directly out of the box, and its every device, same with the galaxy.
To isolate try connecting one of the APs to another DHCP server ( you can even use a cheap wlan router for testing). If the IP addressing is quick, you probably do not have an issue with the compatibility between the wifi APs, but most probably something on the DHCP server/client authentication. Do you have any kind of port security implemented on the switches ( like radius auth)?
Actually determined it was an issue with Server 2008 DHCP functionality. We are going to migrate to server 2012 to see if the issue is fixed, but found no other solution to get it working with 2008. If anybody has found a solution please post. would greatly help!
