Hi everybody

I am still training

 
I'd like take 5 pieces every 10 minutes

I do

Request Lotsize 5

IRT 10 min

I've integer 5 parts on the buffer and beetwen the two, I put an other buffer with part capacity 1.

During the simulation the model take  (1000 sec)

3 part finished

But 10 parts ordered

I don't understand

Could you help me please?

Hi:

 

When using Pull, it is a good idea to make the Route Logics Pull.

If you set the Route logic of the Bufer2 class Default Pull then you will see that the 10 expected parts go through the sink by time 1000.
