File sufix not recognized

Dear all,
I am having a problem with a model reading.
It's returned to me that Quest can't recognize the file format or file suffix.
Does anyone know about that? Even better, does anyone know of what kind is the file suffix needed to be read?
This file is probably a conveyor default logic, and this is what is wrote inside it:

I don't have any idea of what is happening. Can anyone help me?

Hi Gabriel:
This file is a geometry that is used as the default for Conveyor Layout conveyor segments.
It is essentially a cross-section.
It does not have or need any file suffix.
However, your model seems to be using it in a manner where a file with a suffix is expected.
Odd.
Have you edited your Model file?
If not, and you can upload the Model file, I’ll take a look at it.
