Hi:

This is a 2 step process:

1.       Convert IGES file to a QUEST format file.

2.       Assign the QUEST format file as the geometry for a Part Class.

1.       Place your IGES file into your project IGES folder

a.       Select CAD->Data-<Data Translators->IGES->Input

b.      Select the project IGES folder

c.       Select the file and click on OK

d.      This should bring the file in and you should be able to see it

e.      Select CAD->Create->CAD->Save

f.        Select the project PARTS folder

g.       Save the file there – it will be saved in QUEST format

2.       Create a Part Class

a.       On the Part Class dialog box, select Display->3D File->Select from Library

b.      Select the project PARTS folder

c.       Select the file that you saved above

This should work for you.
