Hi,
i do a model to simulate parts vendor plants to assembly plant logistics. i found a funny problem. Why does
the AGV Controller highlighted error message " Invalid AGV/Labor Path
handle " occur sometime when run the simulation more times it happened few only modifying Source‘s IAT setting. Pls refer to the model with attached file (TEST.zip). 1) Open “C:\deneb\PLS\MODELS\Test_agv_plant_logistic_model05.mdl”
2) Set simulation time 500000s, turn off animation, run simulation, the model can run complete, no error.
3) However, Modify Element 'Source_1' IAT to constant 200s,run simulation again, when sim_time to 252844s, AGV Controller highlighted, and error message " Invalid AGV/Labor Path handle...... " popup out, then simulation stoped.
4) do a single factor test for 'Source_1' IAT setting values, test step can refer to attached picture(test_step_Fig_1), and test results refer to attached picture(test_result_Fig_2). The model run good sometime, run bad sometime.
I don't know how to deal with the model letting it Stable and reliable, would you like to figure it out?
