IGS Model Import CAD Display Error

Hello,

i build a simple 3D model in CATIA V5R27, then save it as a igs model. When import this igs model into Quest, its display is not complete, it seems lost color and planes somehow. if i miss some steps or not? Can anyone help me to import igs file? Attachments are catpart and igs files.

The best way to do this is with CATIA Direct option for QUEST.

This enables you to make use of CATIA geometries directly.

Do you have this option?

Hi

 

First make sure that you have a CATDIR feature in your license file.

If not then unless you purchase this option, you cannot use this approach.

If you do have it, then you need to go through the steps to setup for using the feature.

These are documented in the OPTIONS – CATDIR User Manual in the Online Help for QUEST.
