Mappability maps

Hi all,

I want to discover CUP1 CNV in yeast and I am trying to use delly cnv calls. But it says it needs a mappability map, and I am wondering what this is?

The mappability maps can be downloaded here: https://gear.embl.de/data/delly/

I also added some code to the FAQ in the delly readme (https://github.com/dellytools/delly/blob/master/README.md) that shows how to generate these maps for other genomes.
