Dear all,

Released Delly v1.0.3: https://github.com/dellytools/delly/releases

I’ve revised delly’s long-read discovery and genotyping of structural variants. Genome in a Bottle F1 scores are now at 94% for ONT UL and 95% for PacBio CCS.
