filter delly output

Hi,

To filter delly's output we should do:

• Apply the germline SV filter which requires at least 20 unrelated samples

delly filter -f germline -o germline.bcf merged.bcf

1) Is this "the final filtration" (so after running above I don't have to filter it more)? 2) I don't have 20 samples yet, are there any hints, how to manually filter out rubbish from the output? Best, Damian
