Error in installing DELLY

I got this error while installing DELLY

src/delly.h:27:10: fatal error: htslib/faidx.h: No such file or directory

   27 | #include <htslib/faidx.h>

I search on google and cannot find a solution for this problem.

As written in the README, you should use a recursive clone:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/dellytools/delly.git
