Dear all,

I have just released delly v2.0.0, adding new capabilities for long-read SV detection:

* HP-tag aware with phased SV output for haplotype-tagged BAMs

* SV subtyping for mobile element insertions, tandem repeats, and NUMTs
* modBAM support with SV methylation annotation
