Delly on targeted-seq data

Hi,

Does Delly work on targeted-seq data as well? What are the parameter adjustments or concerns I need to consider when working with targeted-seq data?

Also how does "delly cnv" deal with duplicates in the data?

Hi,

Delly has been designed for whole-genome sequencing data. Marked duplicates are excluded from the analysis.
