Delly Install problem

I download Delly from github (https://github.com/tobiasrausch/delly). But when I install it according to REANDME file like this : cd delly —>make all .And then, I got error like this :

what should I do to install Delly correctly?

Looks like you didn't do a recursive checkout.

git clone --recursive https://github.com/tobiasrausch/delly.git

Delly depends on htslib and boost and the '--recursive' downloads these dependencies:

src/htslib (https://github.com/samtools/htslib.git)

src/modular-boost (https://github.com/boostorg/boost.git)

There are also pre-compiled Delly binaries available:

https://github.com/tobiasrausch/delly/releases
