Mismatch of 'minimum' parameter on desktop website and delivery.com API ?

Find attached a screenshot of delivery.com website and its API output. The desktop screenshot shows minimum of $10 whereas the Delivery.com API output shows a minimum of $25. Am I doing something wrong ?

Tushar, what address are you using for the API output and is it the same as the one you're using on the desktop?

I used the following address : 199 Water St, 10038

I think the API as shown in postman is showing the correct one. 

For website version, if you go through our search and find the merchant and click on it, you will go to a url like this:

https://www.delivery.com/cities/nyc/categories/restaurant/corner-grocers?address=199%20Water%20St,%2010038&orderTime=ASAP&orderType=delivery

And you should see the Min to be $25 in the front end. 

Please let me know if this makes sense or not.

Does this mean that delivery price varies from address to address ?

Right, our merchant may setup multiple delivery ranges with different fees and minimal for each of them. So it's very important to pass address information to the merchant info, cart related API calls in order to get the most accurate total of the merchant data&shopping cart data shown to the customer.
