Users with Facebook login

Is their a way for users that are using Facebook login for their delivery.com account to login to other apps?

What are you trying to achieve, could you please provide more details?

Sure. We had a user who wanted to place an order. Our app redirects them to the 3rd-party delivery.com login page prior to checkout and they obviously don't know their username/password since they are using FB login on the delivery.com app. 

How would this user continue? Should we tell them to create a new account (I saw in another question that using the same credit card in multiple accounts may cause an issue)?
