Error communicating to server! timeout

to Delivery Pipeline Plugin

We started to get "Error communicating to server! timeout" while opening build pipeline view.
Jenkins version Jenkins ver. 2.19.4

"Delivery Pipeline Plugin" version is 0.10.3

No exceptions/erors Jenkins log.

Is there any solution for this?
