Unable To Kick Off Manual Triggered Builds

From the pipeline view, I am unable to kick off my manually triggered jobs. I don't see the arrow I would expect.

I am triggering these manual jobs via the Jenkins Promotion plugin. The automatically triggered builds kick off just fine, but the manual ones don't seem to have any obvious way to trigger.

Has anyone run into issues like this before? Any thoughts on a resolution?
